Thanks, Again

Yet another thank you card sent out this week......I really do have the most amazing, wonderful, supportive stamping friends, and I never would have met any of them if I hadn't joined Stampin' Up! It's really something, when you think about it. Many of these people I consider as close as family! They are all funny, kind, creative women, who share a love of stamping - whether it's card making, scrap-booking, or just paper crafts in general. I feel truly blessed!

I'm sure this hasn't been delivered yet, so I'm not saying who it is for. But when she gets it, I hope she realizes what a blessing she is to me!

I finally cut into my Fruit Stand DSP pack. This particular sheet, so bright and cheerful with the flowers and strawberries, is what sold me on it in the first place. And *gasp* I'm not hoarding it!!! So if you receive a card from me with some of this DSP on it, please know that I think you are pretty special!

Here's the "How To"
 Greeting: Whisper White 3-1/2" x 3-1/2"
 Scalloped mat: Watermelon Wonder 3-1/2" x 3-1/2"
 DSP: Fruit Stand 1-3/4" x 5-1/8" and 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"
 Glimmer mat: Blushing Bride 2" x 5-1/8"
 Background mat: Watermelon Wonder 4" x 5-1/4"
Card base: Whisper White 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored and folded at 4-1/4"
  1. Stamp greeting (centered) on Whisper White square and cut with largest circle in Layering Circles Framelits. Color words with Flirty Flamingo marker.
  2. Cut Watermelon Wonder square with largest scalloped circle from Layering Circles Framelits. Adhere greeting to scalloped circle.
  3. Adhere DSP strip to glimmer paper, then both to the larger DSP background. Adhere to Watermelon Wonder mat on back of DSP, and then to card base. (NOTE: When attaching something to the glittery side of Glimmer Paper, use a strong adhesive, such as Tear & Tape, Fast Fuse, or sticky tape. You can even use Glue Dots. It will hold much better!)
  4. Attach greeting with Stampin' Dimensionals. Stamp smaller greeting at lower right, if desired.
